The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to a method for making wire rings for reinforcing beads of pneumatic tires of the type known as tubeless tires, in which a rubberized base enclosed between the fifth and the end point of two flanges has the shape of a truncated cone on the outside. During the installation of the pneumatic tire, the base of each rim sits on the rim area with a proper taper, called the saddle flange, and the base not only plays a major role in the rigid edge joint, i.e. a pneumatic tire with a rim, but the base also forms together with the seat an impermeable connection between the tubeless pneumatic nut and the rim, for which the saddles on the rims are made with a taper of 5-15, and the wire rings ensure that the edges are not expandable and serve to fix frame reinforcement The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the wire rings. Fig. 1 shows a portion of a coil of steel wire rings; in Fig.2 a section aa in Fig.1; on fig.Z - wire ring. Method of making wire rings 1 for pneumatic beads tire is to create a residual deformation of the wire 2, and then winding the wire 2 on the body of rotation to obtain a ring 1 type package, and the residual deflection is created by bending and twisting the wire 2 to a radius R equal to the radius of ring 1 , the bending and winding being carried out according to the angle oi. the main axis of inertia GX of the cross section of the wire 2 to the axis GN, which is the axis of winding the turns of the wire 2 on the body of rotation.

Claims (1) [1] Invention Formula A method of making wire rings for flanges of pneumatic tires, the radial inner surface of which has the shape of a truncated cone with a half angle to the vertex and radius R relative to the axis of rotation of the wire ring, which consists in creating residual deformation of the wire and then winding the wire onto the body to obtain a ring-type bag, characterized in that, in order to increase the quality of the wire rings, residual deformation is created by bending the wire to obtain a radius equal to usu ring, wherein the bending is performed at an angle of (major axis of inertia to the cross section of the wire turns of the winding axis of rotation of the wire to body.
